Stir-fried purple pointed cabbagewith Parma ham Stir-fry dish, serves four
1 purple pointed cabbage
225 g Parma ham
Dash of balsamic vinegar
6 leaves of fresh sage, chopped into strips
Salt and pepper
1. Chop the pointed cabbage, Parma ham, and sage into thin strips.
2. Stir-fry the pointed cabbage in a little oil for approx. three minutes. Then add the Parma ham and sage and briefly fry.
3. Deglaze the mixture with a dash of balsamic vinegar and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Tip: delicious served with veal, poultry, or pan-fried salmon.
